NEIL DIAMOND TRIBUTE NIGHT

Neil Diamond Tribute Night – Saturday 3rd March 2018.

 
This will be a great social event at the Club – even though the real man won’t be there but his double is superb playing and singing all the famous numbers. It will be a popular night and will be a sell out as all our Tribute Nights are. There will be a buffet followed by two sets. Priority is for Members.
 
Details and timings as follows: 
 
Tickets £17.50 each.
 
Timings: 
 
Doors Open – 7.00 p.m.
 
Buffet Meal – 7.30 til 9 p.m.
 
Neil Diamond  Part 1 – 9 til 9.45 p.m.
 
Interval – 9.45 til 10.00 p.m.
 
Neil Diamond Part 2 – 10 till 10.45 p.m.

The Races come to the Club!

KCC RACE NIGHT – SATURDAY 8th. APRIL 2017 – 7.30 p.m.

You are warmly invited to the first Social event of the season at the Club – the KCC RACE NIGHT –  that will be taking place at the Clubhouse on Saturday 8th April 2017 from 7.30 p.m. onwards after the Club’s first home match of the season  (a friendly against Rugby CC).
 

The Race Night marks the start of KCC’s summer of cricket and we hope you will join us for a great and fun night.

WHAT A NIGHT IT WILL BE!

 
To raise money to fund the upkeep of our beautiful ground, we will be selling horses and jockeys for the races, as well as looking for race sponsors.
 
There will also be an opportunity just to have a flutter on each race on the night too, on a Tote style basis.
 
Food will also be available in the form of batches and snacks, whilst the bar will be fully open.
 
The last time we held such a night in 2013 (for the then Fire Appeal), it was truly a superb and noisy evening for everyone  with the excitement of each race taking place.
 
So, here’s your added chance to be part of the night:

Prices:
 
Race horse  – £7
 
Each race will consist of 8 horses, each horse is up for grabs and a chance to win £25 if it makes it to the end! To top it all off,  just name your horse with your best double entendre!
 
 
Jockey – £3
 
Each jockey in each race is also up for sale, again giving you an chance to win £10.
 
 
Race sponsor – £20
 
 
Ever wanted a sports event in your name? Most likely the closest you can get for the money!
 .
 
The evening event will consist of 8 filmed races of 8 horses and jockeys are available to purchase, with all proceeds going towards keep our amazing cricket club grounds in check after a bleak winter!
 .
 
 
The final race will be an auction race, where we will be selling off horses and jockeys to the highest bidders – a chance to build on your evening’s successes (or recoup your losses!)

KCC 2017 Golf Day at KGC

Club Golf Day

The 2017 Kenilworth Cricket Club Golf Day will be held at Kenilworth Golf Club on Friday 7th April 2017.

 

Details of the day are as follows:-

 

* Meet at Kenilworth Golf Club, Crew Lane, Kenilworth

* Coffee and Bacon Rolls  12.30 p.m – 1.30 p.m.

* First Tee reserved from 1.30 p.m.

* Meal at the Cricket Club Pavilion afterwards from around 6.30 p.m. onwards.

 

Cost of the day £30.00 (for non KGC members)

Kenilworth Golf Club members £20.00.

 

The day is open to ALL KCC members and their friends.

Should you have booked a ticket or two for this evening, the timings are as follows:

Doors Open:                7.00p.m.
Buffet Meal:                 7.30 p.m. until 9.00 p.m.   (a George & Joan special)
Rod Stewart set #1:    9.00 p.m. until 9.45 p.m.
Break
Rod Stewart set #2:    10.00 p.m. until 10.45 p.m.
 .
Geoff will collect the ticket money on the evening.

Boxing Day get together

BOXING DAY

BOXING DAY SOCIAL – (that’s December 26th!) – FROM 10.30 A.M.  onwards, the Club will be open for a Social get together for a few hours with tea and coffee laid on (as well as the bar facilities open and available, of course!) so it will be a good chance to put on those new Christmas jumpers that Santa brought you (Deels, remember to cut the size and price tags off, this year).
