LEAGUE CRICKET RESUMES ON SATURDAY 17th. APRIL
Our FULL 2021 League cricket season commences on SATURDAY 17th. APRIL for:
Our 1st. XI who will be playing in Division 1 of the Warwickshire County Cricket League.
The 2nd. XI will be playing in the regionalised Division 7 East of the Warwickshire County Cricket League.
All matches will commence at 12.30 p.m. and for the first 5 matches, they will take the format of 45 overs a side win, draw, lose.
The 3rd. XI will be playing in Division 6 of the Cotswold Hills League but their League season does not commence until SATURDAY 1st. MAY.
SATURDAY 17th. APRIL FIXTURES:
1st. XI are away at Solihull Blossomfield – 12.30 p.m. start
2nd. XI are at HOME versus Bablake – 12.30 p.m. start
Members and spectators will be most welcome from this date to visit the Club & Ground to watch some cricket there and to support the side(s). However, due to the ongoing Government Restrictions currently in place during the ongoing health crisis, the Rule of 6 (or two households) shall apply when sat together outdoors. The Clubhouse itself and the Bar will be out of bounds and no access can be granted into it, until at least 17th. May, although access to the indoor toilets will be made. Yet outdoor, seated bar facilities at tables will be available for those attending and desiring a refreshment, or two. The Club is having to follow all Government Restrictions and directions from the England and Wales Cricket Board.
Further details of the other League matches to be played, along with Sunday friendlies and Arden Sunday Cricket League fixtures will be posted shortly.
The Club looks forward to seeing you at our Ground from 17th. April onwards.
