Building work to commence soon
At Warwick District Council’s Planning Committee Meeting at the Town Hall in Leamington Spa on Tuesday 13th. August, the Full Planning Application on the forthcoming Housing Development fields for the 7 initial dwellings (application W/19/0322) was granted.
Bovis Homes will be commencing the building of their show homes on the Warwick Road edge of the fields early next month, more than likely as early as 2nd. September.
Furthermore, it is likely that the Reserved matters for the remaining (up to) 118 dwellings will be heard at September’s Planning Committee meeting that is to be held on Tuesday 10th. September.
