Kenilworth 182-6 (45 overs) lost to Standard 184-4 (35 overs) by 6 wickets
Despite a classy 78 from Mark Stranks who hit 9 boundaries, 26 from Adam Huxford and 13 from Will Sheehan their efforts were in vain as Standard easily reached 184-4 with 10 overs in hand. Sawbridge took 3-30, Leybourne 2-39 and Thornton 1-21 for the visitors as the Seconds posted 182-6 in their 45 overs.
Replying, Standard were in total control as Leybourne hit 67 and Keates 39 despite the best efforts of Sheehan who took 1-15, Christian Mortlock 1-16 and 1-27 from both Jack Howard and Tom Skinner as the side look for their first victory of the season.
