Planning Committee Chairman’s casting vote secures plans
At the Warwick District Council Planning Committee’s meeting on Wednesday 06.11.2019, the Reserved Matters for the Housing Development were GRANTED when the Chairman used his casting vote to vote in favour of the application, following the Planning Committee being tied at 4-4.
The Reserved Matters is the ‘nuts and bolts’ for the whole development with the exact lay out, the building styles and designs etc. decided upon. There were numerous matters raised (none of which affected the Cricket Club) that were debated.
The Club was not objecting to the Reserved Matters, as all our concerns had been clarified to our satisfaction prior to the meeting taking place.
The proposed development has now been formally adopted in accordance with the below plans.
