Kenilworth 243-4 beat Monk’s Kirby 148-2 (28.2 overs) by 95 runs.
The day belonged to teenager Shyaan Imam as he made his long awaited maiden century after coming so close a fortnight before when he fell on 96. Undeterred, he batted superbly to make his first century, retiring out on 100 in an innings that saw him hit 10 boundaries, running the rest in a faultless innings as the side posted 243-4 from their 40 overs. Adam Huxford opening with Imam, made 52 (6 x 4, 3 x 6) whilst teenager Louis Smithson chipped in with an unbeaten 25 (3 x 4). In reply, Coles hit 53 for Monks Kirby, McCourt 22 but the side were bowled out for 142 inside 29 overs as Darius Potten-Ravenshad claimed the wicket of Coles and then ripped through the tail as he ended the day on 4-21. The other wicket takers each taking one a piece were Keeran Umashanker, Ollie Berry (who also took two outfield catches), Ben Kelley, Matt Dadswell and Will Thompson.
