Jonathan Cousins Memorial 6-a-side

Kenilworth Cricket Club once again came together for the annual Jonathan Cousins Memorial 6-a-side, which took place on Sunday 6 September from 12pm.

The day was a fitting end-of-season celebration and a chance for friends, teammates, members and supporters to remember Jonathan “Jonty” Cousins, a much-loved and long-standing member of the club.

It was a fun day enjoyed by all, with senior and junior players from across every side of the club coming together to mark the occasion and enjoy the cricket.

Jonty was a great teammate, a trusted friend to many, and an integral part of KCC for many years. As club treasurer and a committed committee member, he played a hugely important role behind the scenes and made a lasting contribution to the club.

All were welcome to support the cricket and enjoy the day with all monies raised on the day donated to the Air Ambulance and the Lifeboat Association.

Jonty is greatly missed by all who knew him, and the club’s annual 6-a-side remained a wonderful way to celebrate his memory. It was great to see so many people at KCC for such a special day.
